What does an outdoor team building add to the work?
There is something completely different about a team searching for codes on a downtown route instead of the usual office environment, or bending down in a park for a hidden clue. Communication becomes more natural, the atmosphere is more relaxed, and even those who would otherwise prefer to stay in the background can speak up more easily.
During the ParaPoly game, there is no designated leader, no “wrong answers” – just trying, thinking together and solving. After a day like this, Monday mornings also start easier. And perhaps this is the real benefit of an outdoor team building.
How does the application for outdoor team building work?
Simple. You just select the city, enter your details, buy a ticket for every 6 players and you can start your adventure. Of course, we are also available by phone or email if you have any individual questions about ParaPoly. Whether it's a company summer, year-end, onboarding or motivation day - ParaPoly's outdoor programs can be flexibly adapted to the needs of the team, as they are completely flexible and can be played at any time. It's okay if you get hungry or need a little refreshment, or if it's easier to brainstorm while sitting down, you can safely interrupt when and where it suits you. And if a team gets stuck on one of the tasks, you can easily get past the deadlock with the help built into the game.

What happens to outdoor games in bad weather?
We are flexible: indoor alternatives or rescheduling are also possible. This will always be agreed in advance.
